We could not have bought and sold in a more turbulent financial market. Considering our home was listed in early January 2009 and our previous home sold at near asking price and we settled on our new home all before May 1, 2009, is nothing short of a miracle.
 
Cliff and Marjorie knew there were 2 key components to the purchase of our new home. As a small business owner and college athletics advisor, I needed a property that could offer additional office space for my growing business. More importantly, our 7 year old daughter was entering an important phase in her life and my wife and I wanted to locate to a caring community that offered an outstanding school district and we got both.
 
As a former college coach I always believed that the true test of a champion is not when things are going well, but when your back is in the corner. Marjorie and Cliff Castle shared many wonderful moments with me and my family, but more importantly, they were in our corner from start to finish, especially during the turbulent times.
